Bad imitation of the previous Paul Mitchell hair color I had. Then someone had the "brilliant" idea of making it cheaper. The dryer is difficult to use because you can inadvertently change the heat and speed settings. To prevent this, you need to hold it awkwardly. Unlike before, the cold button only stays cold when you press the button. It's still hotter than a regular dryer, but not as hot as it used to be. It's louder than before. When my previous dryer died I automatically bought what I thought was the same. If this one dies, I'll go shopping.
