Love this knife. Like my mother I bought it for. She has arthritis and needs something that cuts easily. This thing cuts soft buns with sores easily. I love this knife. It's everything I could wish for, except it's a bit heavy, but wow what a blade! I don't care, but my mother is very old. Additionally, it's very rare for something purchased online to exceed expectations. This is such an article. If I could give 10 stars I would. The thing is really good! Update 8/13/18 I bought one for my mum who loves it but doesn't want to share it. So I have to buy another one for me and my dad. The photo shows a slight color change. We don't mind. Updated 11/15/19. Both blades are still sharp and free from corrosion. We are still 100% satisfied.
