The dent has definitely gotten smaller, but you can't get 100% rid of the dent.
The girl's car was dented and she bought it to fix the problem herself. It didn't completely repair the dent, which is reasonable as it wasn't done by a professional, but it did lift it and make the dent look smaller. I think if we use this over and over again it will eventually smooth out the dent.
