Hood supports delivered and arrived on time. They arrived in a plastic bag. No papers or warranty information. Appearance is almost identical to regular racks. Easy to install. Bought to replace 4 year old struts that no longer raise the hood like they did when new. Raise the hood about 2 inches. To do this, you need to raise the hood about a foot and a half, then lift the hood and prop it up. I probably wouldn't buy this brand again.
