As some others have pointed out, the pins often detach from the frame or come loose easily even with careful handling. Knowing this, I ordered two of these anyway because they were being sold at a low price. They arrived on time. Some washers are rusty. I put them aside and left the best ones. I took more detailed photos but they have been lost. I drilled and screwed stainless steel screws on each end of the dowels to hold them in place. I placed the frame in the cage where I wanted to secure it, marked it and drilled a new hole for the screw that came with the platform. This worked fine for me. Parrots like perch so I like it.
