Review on Mortware Professional by Adam Nelson

The software is easy to use and provides all necessary tools needed in our industry (Funeral Home). As an administrator I love being able to send out invoices quickly without having someone else do it! Our staff loves that they don't have to spend time entering data as much anymore. There isn’t anything negative about this program at this point. If there was something we would like changed or added then please let us know so we could address those issues with the developer team. We've been using mortware since 2009 and never had problems until recently when some new users came onboard who didn't understand how things were supposed to work and did not realize that their actions/inactions caused errors which made them unable to complete tasks. This took up significant amount of admin resources because we couldn't get through one day without fixing multiple client accounts.
