Installation requires patience. It took 2 1/2 hours to swap out both rollers and removing the springs nearly killed my eye so wear goggles! Finally everything worked. At first there was a smell of burnt rubber, but after printing about 10 pages it went away and the machine cooled down. When you open the box there is a small plastic bag with rubber gloves, 2 breath mints and a USB stick. There are instructions on the flash drive. I didn't know this as I thought it was a gift with 2 mints. Not knowing where the instructions were, I went to You Tube and found the instructions. I messaged the seller who promptly sent me another flash drive but when I received it I had already completed the installation but thanks anyway. Please put in the package that there is an instruction on the flash drive, it will save a lot of time! I would buy it again now that I know how to install it. In my opinion, this quality is like brothers.
