We bought the house with all brass hardware so we are going through slowly and changing everything to satin nickel as we prefer that colour. I love the design and the ease of installation. The only issue for me was that I was replacing an existing grip so the pattern didn't quite match how the original owner set up their dummy grip. I just wanted to make sure the new one would cover the original's holes, so all I had to do was take my own measurements and verify that it was vertical. If you are installing on a brand new door or if the holes in the old handle are covered with a template this should be a breeze. The template shows exactly where the two pilot holes need to be placed and then screw them in.
