Review on DEWALT DW222: 6 7 Amp Variable Reversible Power Tool for Precision and Versatility by Rafael Lewis

I bought a dw222 spacer stand for 50.00. I think this is a great drill, I really like the push button spindle lock. It's simple but works great. The cartridge is simple (no ratchet) but holds the bits tight. I think the trigger is too sensitive (for me). The torque is good, but with big bits I have to pay attention to the speed, this drill bit stalls. My Milwaukee Magnum 302 has never stalled in the 3 years I've had it. owned it. The DW 222 is ideal for drilling small to medium-sized chisels. For larger holes I use a Magnum drill press or one of my three 18 volt drill presses. wireless devices are only useful as long as the batteries last and can be replaced. Most likely dw222 will outlive me. Overall: great drill
