I like that the product is very light and easy to use and store. It replaces an old 24 x 20 x 3 inch fluorescent tube, so you can understand my excitement. It connects to a device with a USB port or to a USB wall outlet adapter (included). I see both possibilities. very convenient for us. One reviewer even suggested a power supply I could make. I like the clip too. He let me create a design for my son and pass it on to him as he knew the paper would stay in place. I found the best way to attach the clip is to starting at one end of the box and sliding it lengthwise across the box, just as you would attach a similar clip to a plastic report cover. Our first project was to make a tracing paper out of a piece of regular 20 lb carbon paper mounted on card stock. We used brightness level 3 in a room with the curtains drawn (sunny day). It could have worked without the room being darkened, but of course it was much better in a darker room. He was bright enough for that. Can't comment on the durability as we've just received the item but I'm pleased to note that the box (actually a tablet - it's hard to call it a box it's so thin) has a tail instead, to connect a cable plug directly into the box. There have been complaints in reviews of other products about the cables plugging into the boxes themselves failing and I'm happy to say there won't be any problems here.
