Review on Grandstream Enterprise GS GXP2140 Display Included by Emily Waffles

I really want this phone but so far I've been having issues with weekly disconnects from multiple SIP servers and the phone won't auto-recover. I always have to manually restart or disable and re-enable to recover it. I have a ticket open and am trying to get help, but it's been over a month now and I just can't rate it any higher. Will be updated when this issue is resolved. EDIT (2016-08-18): Grandstream has never been able to support me and I feel like they really don't care about the small buyers of their products. However, I've transitioned to running my own Raspberry Pi PBX with an Incredible PBX and using it as an intermediary between the SIP trunk and this phone. After this change, the phone works fine. So an option on the phone seems to be conflicting with normal SIP trunks, but I couldn't determine which one. I'm leaving my rating due to Grandstream's poor support.
