Review on Champ Golf Spikes Maxpro Wrench by Flavio Iyer

I am 99% sure mine is defective. It comes with no instructions so I'm assuming it's pretty easy to use, but when I try to insert either end it doesn't snap or anything. In fact, it almost never happens. I can unscrew the little black thing, but I don't understand what it's for. The little switch that lets you toggle between tightening and loosening is also very difficult to toggle back and forth. Long story short, I love Revain and they hardly ever hurt me, but this time I feel like I've had 10 or 15 bucks stolen from me. No big deal, I still love the Revain, I just think I got the wrong golf key! Happy shopping, buyers! UPDATE: Turns out I'm just not the brightest bulb in the chandelier and I had to push really hard (I'm a week old so probably not very hard for most people) to get tips. It's a good tool, does its job, the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I still don't understand what unscrewing the black thing is all about and I feel like they do Leave the unused tips at the end of the screw for storage.
