Review on Act-isure by Mike Marks

I liked that you could change everything related to our policies such as premium amount for each month etc.. You have so many options but when there are two plans which seem similar at first glance (different monthly premiums) they don't tell us about all their differences until after we bought it - very confusing! After talking with Customer service agent who was not able answer my questions satisfactorily; she told me her supervisor would call back next morning in US office time!! So i asked them how much amt of money will refund once cancellation processed? She said $0 dollars or nothing because no payment deducted from account even though active coverage expired long before termination date. My question never got responded. ! I like how easy it is for my employees to sign up with this program since there are no contracts or annual fees involved. There's not much that i dislike about this product - however if you're looking for something simple that's very affordable then Act-Irene isn't really what you want. This software has been extremely helpful in keeping track of workers' hours and being able to pay out weekly instead of monthly which was always problematic when we used manual payroll methods.
