The Nightmare Kitchen of DESLON

I had the displeasure of buying some kitchen supplies from DESLON not too long ago, and the entire experience was a nightmare. The goods I purchased from them were of low quality and broke after only a few uses, despite the company's assurances to the contrary. Their pans' nonstick covering began to flake off, and the handles became flimsy and difficult to grip. Preparing meals was a hassle because their blades were dull and difficult to sharpen. Their cutting boards warped and split after only a few washes, so I won't even go there. Their lackluster support for existing customers only made things worse. I tried to contact them about the defective goods, but they were uncooperative and unreachable. They obviously didn't give a hoot about whether or not I was happy as a client. Avoid DESLON if you want my recommendation for high-quality cooking supplies. You'd be better off looking elsewhere for a company that lives up to its claims and saving your time, money, and energy in the process. In the end, you'll be glad you listened to me.

Pros
  • A huge selection of cookware.
Cons
  • It's possible the handles will fall loose.
