I expected a lot less for the price. Suburb 2004, had problems with the left rear window until it stopped working. Door panel opened, window regulator removed to see what the problem was. The motor mounting bolts actually help the included pulley case, it all fell apart when the bolts were removed. Bad design by GM. The plastic inner spools are plastic, the pull cords are threaded through the plastic and tie the motor together. The stock motor, chains and pulleys were well made and perfectly matched, and it took 15 minutes to install. I would highly recommend this product, it is well made and the chains come pre-lubed.
