This was the correct gas charge hose for a 1998 f150 4.6L 4x4. Installation was tight but easy and I recommend using a 1/4" ratchet on the yoke on top of the tank as you can't see what you are doing. I also suggest lubricating the hose on both ends as there is no room to push and pull the lever on the hose. Also, the tip of the metal hose sometimes breaks off on the old hose at the top of the tank. No problem. Vacuum or brush the loose parts and fasten the rest.
