A must-have tool when dealing internationally
I love how simple it is, with an easy interface for users worldwide to understand what's going on while making sure they are in agreement of their actions and answers at every step of the process. The only issue we could find was the lack of customization options like filters or fields specific for certain countries. For example, if my country is not listed as one of the choices you have made available, then there will be no option to add that country into this list of locations (we had some clients from Russia). It would help our business tremendously since we're targeting customers from different languages and cultures. We're now able to answer very specific customer queries regarding topics such as marketing strategy, product usage/experiences, etc., to make more informed decisions than ever before.
