School tech program is using 2 Sindoh machines and their filament is really failing. a series of 20+ bobbins where the Sindoh machine only uses 85% of the thread before marking itself empty. At this point you can no longer use the coil. Spool weight when installed: 910 grams. Mass of the "empty" spool: 297 grams. that the spools don't even come with 750 grams of material (about 700) and 85 grams is wasted. While I understand that some waste is to be expected when loading and unloading material, 10% roll is simply inappropriate.
