This is a great product for removing the brake controls and being able to use them on multiple trucks without having to buy controls for each truck! You simply unplug the device, take it out of your pocket and place it in another vehicle. Or you can just delete it to avoid theft if you like. I would give 5 stars if it weren't for some awkward mounting holes. The design seems to suggest that you're drilling holes for the first time, rather than trying to line up holes already drilled like many trucks do. The old style metal brackets are slotted so you can line them up with the holes, but not only does this one have round holes pre-drilled, they are in grooves as you can see so you can't even drill a new hole. another place. I had to take my multi tool and cut a slot between two holes and then grind down one of those raised ribs between the holes to line up with the existing holes. I'm sure other people like me don't like the idea of drilling new holes in a nice truck when they already have them. Plus, it works great and is easy to use!
