Review on NComputing MX100S 3 User Client VSpace by Girish Underwood

I have been using this product for 4 months to run vending machines. Setup wasn't easy, and there were a few hurdles to get out of the box (e.g. you need Windows 10 Pro, it doesn't work on Windows 10 Home). The manufacturer's assembly instructions left out many details. I watched a few YouTube videos (mostly from India, mostly non-English) and wrote down what I thought worked. The result was a 4-page printed document. Live chat, online application and phone support proved to be very helpful. It's not instant help but the staff really knew their stuff and helped me a lot with the setup and subsequent upgrade. Just give yourself enough time to set up this system. I spent about 8 hours over 3 days to get everything working properly. After setup, everything went smoothly as expected. There were some problems, but nothing major. 1) USB mice sometimes freeze. Unplugging and plugging in again got them working again. 2) My 1920x1200 monitor ran at 1920x1080 but the image was stretched. 3) Installing Windows updates required uninstalling the vSpace software running that hardware and updating to the latest version (good thing I took notes the first time). 4) Only one mouse is required for my sales software, but you cannot run them. Devices without a keyboard. 5) Cables everywhere! For (3) stations there are (17) cables that are 4 feet or more in length. I lined up my 3 with monitors side by side and it was a spaghetti wire mess. In the end I made a special box to store all the equipment and cables. 6) There are some issues with the legality of software licensing. You are purchasing (1) Server PC Edition of Windows 10 and using it on 3 additional workstations. You do the same with any other software you share. It seems that the solution is suitable for the Windows Server operating system, but I did not deal with it before I switched my trading terminals to standalone computers. more reliable system.
