Native Messaging was easy for our team at Citi Bank to get up and running quickly as we were already familiar with Twilio's API service. We also have been able to integrate other 3rd party APIs such as Zendesk so customers can easily reach out via email or phone if they need help after signing up through native messenging. I wish there could be some additional integrations like Zapier but this has not really been requested by my coworkers who use it daily. It would make sense since we're integrating many different services together. If you want something simple yet powerful then go ahead! Our customer support department uses native messages every day when someone signs up for one of our products.
