I ignored the bad reviews and took a chance. and i was wrong These anchors consist of two parts: a narrower tip that needs to drill through the drywall and a screw part that needs to cut into the drywall and the anchor. Hard enough. I still had to drill a pilot hole. Then the screw section completely messed up my drywall, for lack of a better word - the sides cut out the drywall and made a MUCH larger hole on the surface and still too small a hole on the inside - so it wasn't even a fully washed one Path. Then the anchor is just BROKEN - see picture - and plastic parts left inside. I ended up drilling everything out and installing a Home Depot wall anchor, which worked perfectly. The whole premise of self-drilling is an absolute trap. Don't buy them, buy regular wall anchors. They have to drill anyway and they are much better.
