It's easy to use but the interface can be confusing

I like that it's easy to use, especially if you're new at using this software or just need help getting started with your first grants! The interface can be confusing when trying to navigate from one page/tab of information in order to get back where you were before.
It would also benefit from more options within each tab so they are easier to find what you want quickly (and not have to click through pages).

There isn't anything specific about Grants Administration which has been improved since we've used other versions. We had previously only done research-based projects but now our department does both research & nonresearch project administration as well.

Pros

Also good features such as being able access documents remotely over secure internet connection instead needing someone physically present near computer all day long while working remote site(s), etc.
