I needed to replace an earlier Ettore 16 foot extension pole that wouldn't hold position or couldn't easily be adjusted. It was several years old and all I wanted to do was replace the plastic joint that's used to adjust the pole's length. I called Ettore to ask about the chance of purchasing the joint piece and was informed it was not a replacable part. They offered to pay for a replacement pole from my local Home Depot. At the time there was no inventory available and I found the replacement available on Walmart. You really don't expect that commitment and dedication to customer support and satisfaction these days. I so much appreciate that "Family owned" care and will always purchase Ettore products. Thank you Ettore for renewing my spirit and exceeding this customer's expectations.
