Review on High-Definition Touchscreen Raspberry ROADOM: Responsive & Compatible 10.1" Display with Built-In Speakers by Gregory Ellis

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good quality, the best in my rating

My rating is only based on tests with Windows IoT and Raspberry Pi3B. Works very well, both in terms of image quality and response to touch inputs. I ran it (indoors) under a software loop interacting with a sensor for over 4 days without crashing. Interface to FPGA via Spi protocol at 10MHz and constant screen update. I burn all new food this way. This avoids problems when running these tests initially. I supply the display with an independent power supply. My experience has been to avoid putting a strain on the Raspberry's power supply if possible. Windows iot operating systems recognized it without any problems. Very happy with the product. I hope they can provide a connector on the motherboard to connect the on/off function of the included switch. This gives the developer that capability (because if you're installing a display those switches aren't available. I haven't tried speakers as I don't think Raspberry on Windows iot supports them automatically and didn't spend time researching them. I hope they will remove the raspberry logo at launch and maybe add it themselves or maybe in the future an interface to upload your own logo The raspberry logo may not be suitable for commercial use as it's used everywhere HDMI usage type. Great product for use in Windows IOT. Edited note: The device works fine in the test after several weeks of 24-hour testing.--I will be buying more
