Test Director - Learning More With Time
I like that the product allows for the creation and management of test cases, test plans, test cases, test procedures, and other test data in an organized manner. The interface between the various components can be difficult to learn, especially when you are new to using this type of application. Also, the customer support has been lacking at times. At first, it was difficult to use. If you have a good understanding of how to use this product, then there are some great features. We are able to create and manage our test cases and test procedures in one place.
Pros
- It is easy enough once we figured out all its functions so far as managing tests within different modules such as quality assurance or security testing etc.It also helps organize everything into folders which makes searching easier than before with just having files open without knowing where they're located! :)
