I like it, fermenting is easy and safe.

I love this fermentation pot. It's easy to use and the ingredients, spices, brine, herbs and whey are what most people use to preserve and preserve food anyway. Even if you're not in the vinegar and salt business, most people have closets. I was relieved reading the book Fermentation for Beginners and applying the recipes. My favorites are pickled eggs, pickled beets, pickled garlic dill pickles, sauerkraut, and pickled cauliflower with pearl onions. This amazing pot takes the new fermentation technology to a safer, more convenient level and saves time. In fact, I will be ordering four more so I always have an extra one on hand. Thank you Mortier Pilon for a wonderful product. I give 5 stars in every respect
