This gravel cleaner has its advantages and disadvantages. It works well, easy to start the siphon, but it also sucks air out of the hose on the handle, it disconnected once and it made a mess. The hose is very soft so it bends easily, especially at the attachment point. I ended up wrapping a strong wire around the beginning of the handle on the hose to keep it from falling off. The jets are efficient and I like controlling the water flow to clear the gravel. It's very easy to use and manage, only a few settings are required, so it's worth it for the money, you just have to pay attention to the hose.
