They make bad contact and politely hint that they don’t care. Conclusion: The phone is not worth the money, it is far from a premium product, and after talking with the ASC, Samsung died for me altogether, it seems that it is more priority for them to repair vacuum cleaners for 5 thousand than devices positioned by the company as "premium".
