Review on 🔧 Hakko 611-2 Dual Solder Reel Stand: The Ultimate Black Solution for Efficient Soldering by Troy Caldwell

Excellent solder retention and more efficient work area. It has a very heavy base and solid construction. There are currently two full reels of 1lb 60/40 solder for a total of 2lbs. Use regularly with .020" and .031" diameter solder. Sometimes they use .015 in it. Can pull solder of all three diameters without breaking the solder. The trucks roll smoothly and easily in a full roll stance. Use Kester solder so the reviews where the solder came loose when pulled may be due to using cheaper grades of solder instead of good quality solder. Can't fault the cab for cheap alloy solder. The stand simplifies solder storage and retrieval, eliminates desk clutter, provides quick access to 2 different diameters of solder or alloy, and easily swaps out spools when needed. Would like to have a definitely worthy purchase again this year.
