This is definitely a cheap fake, and sometimes a cheap fake is just as good as an expensive one, but it's not. I had to make some modifications to get this working on my limited edition 13 f150. The bolt holes line up and the latch itself was good, but I had to drill a hole for the pin, which wasn't a big deal. As I was about to reinstall everything I quickly found that the belt guide was touching the back of the seat, again not a big deal. I went and bent it to fit and not rub against it, thinking I was good to go. Lift and unfold the seat and the belt guide rubbed the seat bracket. It's not the end of the world, but I didn't want to hear it when I lowered the seat, so I ended up cutting off the entire harness guide. Since this guide keeps the strap where you can access it, I used a piece of paracord and placed it over the headrest. All in all for the price it's not terrible and works but needs some tweaking. Would I buy again but now I know it's not fair.
