Works but 3rd picture is not accurate
Supplied only as shown in the first figure. The third picture is deceptive. It does not come with a flexible rubber hose as shown in the picture. It's also difficult to set up. Make sure there is a clamp nearby so you can pull the plunger all the way back while it's attached to the table. When it is fully extended you will hear a loud click. There were also no instructions in the box, no carrying case to prevent the open end of the lube from leaving lube everywhere. It only gets 3 stars because it worked, but I had to unscrew it half a turn to let the air out when the air valve didn't work on mine.
