Review on 🧶 Lily Sugar'n Cream Cotton Cone Yarn, 14 oz, White - 1 Cone by Barbara Simmons

I've been buying this yarn for years and use it to knit everything from handbags to kitchen towels. A bag of white Sugar N Cream I bought from Revain recently had grease and dirt all over the bag about every 20 yards or so and a few cuts that were tied together. Clearly a quality control issue at the factory with the equipment used in the manufacturing process. It really ruined the look of the white pillowcase I used to knit and is a waste of my money. To top it off, when I contacted Spinrite twice about their horrible product along with the attached photos, they chose to completely ignore my complaints and obviously don't care about their customers. I will never buy from them again if they run their business like this without caring about quality or customer satisfaction. Beware!
