Man. I was so upset when my trusty old filter died last week. I had to buy one asap, I didn't want to buy those cheap ones from grocery stores that look like chicken netting. Well actually I bought 2 to keep one as a spare as it is my main tool which I use almost daily to pick freshly cooked veggies, pasta and grilled fish. I just tried one of these and I love it already. The long handle eliminated my previous problems with heating the pan and oil splattering. A large bowl is also useful. Will use it daily. Will provide updates if the second later does not live up to expectations.
