great bread knife specially made for homemade sourdough bread
This knife is fantastic, I bake my homemade sourdough bread every week and this knife easily cuts through the thick, hard loaf crust with minimal effort. It also has the perfect balance. To top it off, it also looks great with a nice wooden handle. DO NOT put this in the dishwasher. Hand wash and dry immediately. To avoid losing your finger, keep it in a box, not in a drawer. Did I mention this knife is sharp? Very sharp :-)
