So I thought they would have a more rubbery feel but they feel more like plastic. The downside is that they're a bit more slippery than rubberized mats, but the upside is that they're stiff and, when dirty, are easier to remove without spilling the dirt. The coverage is exceptional and much greater than other rugs I've seen. I'm very glad I got them, my truck saw a lot of dirt and grime and now that stays on the truck carpet. I am very happy
