Don't waste your time with a Chevrolet small block high pressure or large volume oil pump. Use this stock pump with a larger 3/4" hook. This pump will not suck the sump dry under long acceleration and will provide enough pressure without too much parasitic drag. This is an upgraded pump used on all Vortex models and earlier LT1 - Models - LT4 Chevrolet small block engines It was delivered very quickly and the casting is good and strong Be sure to *WELD* the pickup to the oil pump for maximum reliability.
