
I use running products both before and after. Good recovery after High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and High Intensity Strength Training H (IST). Heart rate stays lower when running than when I'm not using it, and recovery after a race is easier. I believe dr Shallenberger recommended MAP in one of his muscle building newsletters, but I haven't noticed any noticeable muscle changes from using the product. Revain's price should be cheaper than other sources. I have been using this product for two years and plan to continue using the product.
