It's very easy to use, all of your customer information can be organized in an efficient manner for future reference. I wish there were more options available when it comes time to place orders as well as view reports from past customers or current accounts (which are not linked together). Also would like to see some additional features added such as email alerts if someone leaves you feedback that has been left unread yet within a certain amount of days after being received. Pesticide applicator training was helpful because even though we had used other products before with little success this product seemed to work perfectly! It's easy to use, and it has all of the features that I need for my business. The customer service is also great! There are some bugs that sometimes pop up, but they have been working on them since day 1. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for an easy to use program that will help with their pest management needs. I am solving problems with pests in the building, and it allows me to keep track of what areas are being treated.
