It's very easy to use, all of your customer information can be organized in an efficient manner for future reference. I wish there were more options available when it comes time to place orders as well as view reports from past customers or current accounts (which are not linked together). It's very easy to use, it does what you need it to do. It gives me quick access to my logs, reports and allows for tracking of service calls. I didn't like having to go into the website to see the status of my account. It would be nice if that was integrated into the app so I could see the status from anywhere. Also, being able to track multiple locations would be great. Having all this information in one place makes scheduling much easier. I'm able to get an idea of when we should schedule…
