This set has everything you need except a screwdriver. The converters fit perfectly into the Raspberry Pi 4 board's HDMI ports, and the design tolerance is tight. If you want to mount up to four Raspberry Pi 4s in a 1U space and want access to full-size HDMI ports on the front panel, this is an option you should seriously consider.
