Excellent product. Place it near the stove/air conditioner, water heater, washing machine, etc. and connect it to the device. If it detects water, it turns off the device so it doesn't produce water that could potentially damage floors, walls, or whatever else might be nearby. I install a lot of these, I've only had 1 or 2 that failed and had to be replaced. Has a built in backlight, turns red when triggered which shuts down the device until the wet switch dries and the reset button is pressed, at which point it turns green again and everything works fine. Highly sensitive water detection sensor with water-repellent material adhered to it for better detection.
