This sprayer is suitable for thinner oils, but EVOO (olive oil) remains in the spray head after use and thickens. This will cause the oil to splatter on either side of the spot you are targeting the next day when you use it again. I wouldn't buy it if mentioned in other reviews. Maybe these buyers considered it right after first use if it actually works. But after that, you'll have to soak the spray head in hot water and dry it again if you want a proper fan-shaped spray pattern, rather than two nozzles, one on each side.
