For many months our tank was half full. We started with Unique RV Digest and on the 4th use it worked! From now on, every reset will show "blank". We didn't follow any specific instructions because we've been in the RV business for so many years. We knew we just had to use this product like any other chemical and it really worked. It takes a few times but it really works! We have also used it for greywater. This took a few times and you should of course keep the gray tank closed while adding water and letting the Digest-IT sit there for a while. Just a little more work. I've used more than intended when traveling, let it "rock" during the trip and it helped!
