I bought two of these ice cube trays to make tropical themed Jell-O shots and I LOVE them. Each silicone bowl features nine indentations of an Easter Island Moai statue. I wish there were slight differences between the nine faces, but that's okay as they all look very similar. There are over 1,000 of these guys scattered around Easter Island, and some of them have some extra features. As with ice cubes, I feel like it's a waste of time because once you throw one in a drink you lose properties. For molding other items like chocolate, jelly, jellies, ice cream, etc., you can enjoy the functions of these adorable heads. This bowl is made from food-grade silicone that releases whatever you shape quickly and easily. - simply push out from the back of the mold. Even the Jell-O shots came out easily and stood on the platter like real characters, so you can serve them right away. I love it. Like silicone, the bowls are quick and easy to clean and can be washed in the dishwasher. Great for a tiki bar or summer luau. I grab a few more trays to cook what I'm cooking right now. I recommend.
