Easy open tab doesn't work
I've been buying Ziploc sandwich bags for years and have used them in the fridge or freezer with no problem. They had the 'old' zipper lock, NOT this new 'easy open tab'. New ones break down quickly, especially if you put them in the freezer. Now they can be closed/opened once as the zipper often fails after the first opening. On one side or the other the plastic lining is removed, which is used when you want to close the bag again. While it might be ok for lunch, it definitely doesn't work for a lot of the other things most of us do with zip bags. I'll have to look for a different brand next time. . .
