I highly recommend actually measuring your feet for these. I am usually a size 8 or 8.5 in women’s. Using the size chart provided I ordered a women’s 9.5 and it was a perfect fit. My normal size would have been far too short.These are very supportive yet comfortable. I would describe the arch support as moderate, it might not be enough for very high arches but it is comfortable for me. I tend to roll my ankles inward and these help that. Initially the stitching irritated the top of my foot but that went away very quickly as the threads softened. The footbed/toe bed are wide enough for my feet too. I am concerned the straps will stretch but I will update if they do! Price is fairly comparable to other "better for your feet” flip flop sandals.
