I wasn't sure I would get a phone holder thinking it would cover part of my windshield but now I know it was a great investment ! I decided to place the base on my car's dashboard instead of the windshield, then the cable was able (with some effort) to bend into the correct position to place it. It has strong suction and a stable base as it hasn't moved or wobbled or anything since I installed it. In general, I feel more confident when my phone is visible to direction and I don't have to hold it halfway against the steering wheel or look into my lap. Well made product, I like it! Score 10/10
