A thousand words cannot describe my love for wine and this bottle opener has taken my wine experience to the next level. This bottle opener makes so much sense compared to traditional wine openers! The bottle opening process begins with the foil cutter, a simple twist of the included foil cutter separates the top of the foil from the bottle. Second, wrap the opener's clip tightly around the neck of the bottle. Then you push gently on the long handlebar and the spiral hits the cork; permanently damage it, but allow the cork to develop its long-lasting flavor. Finally, lift the handlebars back up to pop the cork and release all the goodies. The whole process was smooth and elegant. This opener is easier to use than a traditional bottle opener while saving your interaction with a wine bottle compared to a soulless electric bottle opener. This is a well done design. Art is in the process, not the result.
