I've wanted a dehydrator for a long time, saw this one and bought it. This is a very attractive device with five large plastic shells that are very easy to clean. The timer and heating functions are easy to use as they are located on the front of the dehydrator. The temperature function isn't fully adjustable, it only has three actual settings, but it actually works very well. I'm new to dehydration but have dehydrated whole shiitake mushrooms and banana chips. They turned out beautifully and tasted great. The directions were easy to follow but didn't give any temperature or time indications for anything. However, I had no problem finding this information online. You get a lot for your money with this dehydrator and I'm very glad I have it. I look forward to using it more often and dehydrating many different fruits and vegetables.
